Jenelle Shapiro
Jenelle Shapiro is the Circularity Leader at Trane Technologies. Jenelle leads circular economy strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder implementation, external partnerships and engagements and leads the internal circularity council.
With extensive experience in the built environment and a specialty in helping organizations strategize on goals to achieve comprehensive and innovative circularity results, she has helped lead and grow corporate programs within the tech, construction and consulting industries. Prior to joining Trane Technologies, Jenelle held sustainability positions at Meta, Webcor Builders and CodeGreen Solutions.
Jenelle earned a bachelor's degree in architecture and a minor in business administration from the University of Arizona and a masters in sustainability management from Columbia University.
