Holly Paeper

As President of Commercial HVAC, Holly oversees a broad portfolio of high efficiency, industry-leading HVAC systems, services, controls and energy reduction solutions.

Since joining Trane Technologies in 2016, she has held executive roles as President of Life Science Solutions, General Manager for Data Center Precision Cooling, Head of Marketing and Head of Strategic Sales & Operations. She has spent over 25 years in the industrial and technology markets across virtually every vertical and customer segment. 

Prior to her time at Trane Technologies, Holly held executive leadership roles in general management, M&A, strategy, product management and marketing for Corning, Eaton and Intel. She has served on several corporate, industry and nonprofit boards, including LiquidStack, Well Buildings Institute Health Committee for Stadiums and Arenas, Davidson Day School, University of Wisconsin Diversity in STEM Committee and 50/50 Women on Boards’ Executive Committee. She is a STEM advocate and has received numerous industry awards for driving entrepreneurism, diversity and sustainability.       

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from University of Minnesota - Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
